What these terms cover
kvitr collects, stores and organises supplier invoices for a workspace. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account or is invited into a workspace. By using the service you accept them. Questions go to hello@kvitr.com.
The service is for businesses and the people who work for them. You need to be at least 18 years old and entitled to act for the company whose invoices you collect.
Your account
An account is personal and belongs to one verified email address. Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
API keys act as a member or viewer of your workspace. Treat them like passwords, give each tool its own key and revoke keys you no longer use.
Workspaces and members
A workspace belongs to its owner. The owner decides who is invited and with which access: owners manage members and settings, members manage invoices and sources, viewers read and download. Everyone in a workspace can see all of its invoices, so invite only people who should.
Accountants sign in with their own account and reach each client workspace they have been invited to.
Your invoices and connected accounts
Your invoices stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them, and the details read from them, so that we can run the service for your workspace: collecting, reading, organising, reporting and exporting. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for anything else.
When you connect a mailbox, an API token or a billing dashboard, you confirm that you are allowed to. We store those credentials encrypted and use them only to collect invoices. Disconnecting a source stops collection and removes the credentials from kvitr; revoking the credential at the provider is up to you. Providers decide what a token or session can reach, so scope tokens to the intended account.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and only for invoices you are entitled to hold.
- Do not try to reach another workspace’s data, probe the service for weaknesses or interfere with other people’s use of it.
- Respect the limits of the API and the MCP endpoint, including the per-key request limit stated in the Guide, and do not resell access.
- Do not upload anything you know to be malicious.
Plans and payment
Prices, the number of documents included per year and the price of extra documents are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed yearly in advance. We tell you before a price changes, and the new price applies from your next billing period. Applicable taxes are added where the law requires it.
If a payment fails we let you know and give you time to fix it before collection pauses.
Changes to the service
kvitr keeps changing. New and changed behaviour is described in the Guide. If we retire a feature that matters to how you work, we give reasonable notice where we can.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using kvitr at any time. Download the PDFs and exports you need first, then ask us at hello@kvitr.com to delete your workspace or account. Deletion follows the privacy policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other customers at risk or is used for fraud. We tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise that collection never misses an invoice or that every field read from a PDF is right. Review what matters before you rely on it. kvitr is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data that you could have exported. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are settled by the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory rules where you are based say otherwise.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page and, for changes that affect you materially, let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
