Are Reliance Digital invoices PDF files?

The invoice attached to the order email is a PDF, and that is what kvitr stores. It reads the invoice number, date and amount from the file and keeps the original ready to download.

Can several people send Reliance Digital invoices to the same workspace?

Yes. Everyone in the company can forward to the same workspace address, and several mailboxes can be connected. Invoices from the same sender are filed under the same supplier.

Is it safe to forward invoices to kvitr?

Forwarding sends only that email. The PDF is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored, other attachments and the message text are not kept, and kvitr never signs in to your Reliance Digital account. A connected mailbox uses an app password, stored encrypted.

What if the email has no PDF attached?

Only PDF attachments are stored. If an email only links to the invoice, download the PDF from My Orders and email it to your workspace address as an attachment.

Does kvitr collect from other shops and services too?

Reliance Digital invoices an order when it ships and keeps the invoice with the order. This is where to find it, one order at a time.

Sign in at reliancedigital.in with the mobile number or email you ordered with, and open My Account, then My Orders.
Open the order. Once it has been invoiced and delivered, the invoice is available from the order’s details; download it as a PDF.
Buying for a company: choose GST invoice on the Enter Delivery Address step when you order, so the invoice carries your GSTIN.
Bought in a store: the invoice was sent to the email or mobile number given at the counter. For a copy, open Support, choose Get Help and send an Invoice Copy Request with the invoice number, or ask any Reliance Digital store.
Repeat for every order. There is no bulk download, so forward each invoice email to kvitr as it arrives instead.
