Gmail, Outlook, iCloud Mail, Fastmail and any IMAP mailbox collect PDF attachments when you run a sync. Vercel and Cloudflare collect automatically every day through an API token. Hostinger, Supabase and DataForSEO billing dashboards are available in beta.
No. It scans the folder you choose for PDF attachments within the history period you set. Mailbox credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage, and the server decrypts them only while collecting.
Yes. Mailbox connections let you choose the history period. Token-based connections such as Vercel ask for a starting month and import history before daily collection begins.
The original PDF sits beside editable fields for vendor, invoice number, dates, amounts, currency and notes. Saved reviews are kept even when the PDF is read again.
Yes. Invite teammates with an invitation link. Owners manage members, members manage data, and viewers can read and download.
No. Invoices stay in your workspace. Email is only used for account verification and recovery.
