Can I download old Vercel invoices?

Yes. Past invoices stay available in the team’s Billing settings, and in kvitr you can open Import historical invoices on the connection, choose an earlier month and select Import history. Invoices already collected are skipped.

Can Vercel invoices be downloaded automatically?

Yes. Vercel has a billing API, so kvitr collects new invoices about once a day using an access token. Nobody has to sign in, and you can choose Sync for an immediate check.

Where do I find invoices in Vercel?

Switch to the team you are billed for, open Settings, then Billing, and scroll to the Invoices section. Each billing period is listed there and opens as a downloadable PDF.

Are Vercel invoices saved as PDF files?

Yes. kvitr stores the original PDF from Vercel, reads the supplier, invoice number, dates and amounts from it, and lets you view or download the file at any time.

Can I collect invoices from several Vercel teams?

Yes. Each connection covers one Vercel team, so add a separate connection with its own token and Team ID for every team or personal account you are billed for.

Is it safe to connect Vercel?

The connection uses a Vercel access token and Team ID, never your Vercel password. The token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored and decrypted on the server only while collecting. Vercel decides what the token can access, so scope it to the intended team and revoke it when it is no longer needed.

What if the Vercel token expires?

Choose Reconnect on the connection and provide a replacement token for the same Team ID. The existing connection and every invoice it has collected are kept.

Does kvitr collect invoices from email too?

Yes. Alongside Vercel, kvitr collects PDF attachments from Gmail, Outlook, iCloud Mail, Fastmail and any IMAP mailbox folder, and every workspace has an address you can forward invoices to.

How to download Vercel invoices manually

No automation required: this is where Vercel keeps the invoices, and how to download them one at a time.

Sign in to Vercel and switch to the team whose invoices you need. Personal accounts and each team are billed separately.
Open the team’s Settings, then Billing.
Scroll to the Invoices section, which lists each billing period with its amount and status.
Open an invoice to see the itemised charges, then download it as a PDF.
Repeat for every month, and for every other team or personal account you are billed for.
