How to download Vercel invoices manually
Without kvitr, each invoice has to be downloaded one at a time from the Vercel dashboard:
- Sign in to Vercel and switch to the team whose invoices you need.
- Open the team’s Settings, then Billing.
- Scroll to the Invoices section and open the invoice you want.
- Download the PDF, then repeat for every invoice and every month.

Yes. When you connect a Vercel team, choose a starting month and kvitr imports every invoice available to that team from that month onward. Large histories arrive in batches in the background.
Yes. Open Import historical invoices on the connection, choose an earlier month, and select Import history. Invoices already collected are skipped.
Yes. kvitr stores the original PDF from Vercel, reads vendor, invoice number, dates and amounts from it, and lets you view or download the file at any time.
The connection uses a Vercel access token and Team ID, not your Vercel password. The token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored and decrypted on the server only while collecting. Vercel decides what the token can access, so scope it to the intended team and revoke it when no longer needed.
Yes. Alongside Vercel, kvitr collects PDF attachments from Gmail, Outlook, iCloud Mail, Fastmail and any IMAP mailbox folder, plus billing dashboards such as Hostinger, Supabase and DataForSEO in beta.
Choose Reconnect on the connection and provide a replacement token for the same Team ID. The existing connection and its collected invoices are kept.
