Choose an integration

Compare automatic Vercel collection, mailbox PDF collection, and billing-dashboard connections.

Available sources

  • Vercel: access-token connection, historical import, and daily automatic collection.
  • Cloudflare (beta): an API token with Billing Read plus the account ID; collects the account’s invoices daily like Vercel. Reconnect the token if Cloudflare reports it cannot read billing.
  • Mailboxes: invoice PDF attachments from an IMAP folder, collected when you choose Sync.
  • Hostinger, Supabase, and DataForSEO: manual billing-dashboard collection using a saved browser session. These connections are in beta.

Send invoices by email

Every workspace has its own email address, shown at the top of Connect. Forward an invoice email to it, or give the address to a supplier as your billing email. PDF attachments are stored as invoices under the sender’s supplier as soon as the email arrives; other attachments and the message text are not kept.

When you forward an email (a subject starting with Fwd or VS, or a personal mailbox as sender), the invoice is filed under the original sender named in the forwarded message, not under you.

The address is unique to your workspace and is not shown to anyone else. Copy it from Connect whenever you need it.

Keep sources in the right workspace

Choose the intended workspace before adding a connection. Its invoices are collected into that workspace and are visible to its members according to their access level.

Each Vercel connection represents one Vercel team. Each mailbox connection reads one folder. You can add separate connections for other teams or folders.

Sync and historical collection

Sync asks a source for new invoices. For Vercel, it schedules collection in the background. Manual sources run their collection when requested.

Use Import historical invoices on a Vercel connection to extend its history. Mailboxes use the Mailbox history period in Settings → Workspace. Repeating a sync on the same connection skips invoices it has already collected.

Disconnect a source

Disconnect removes the saved connection credentials and stops future collection through that connection. PDFs already collected stay in the workspace.

Disconnecting kvitr does not revoke the credential at the provider. You can also revoke its token, app password, or session in the provider’s account settings. See Privacy and security.
