Current availability

Hostinger uses a billing-browser connection. It is in beta: it depends on the provider’s current invoice table and PDF download layout, and some accounts may not yet be supported.

It collects when you choose Sync. It does not offer the daily token-based collection or resumable historical import available for Vercel.

Set up the OpenAI API

OpenAI has no invoice API, so it is set up in three steps. Open New integration and choose Set up on OpenAI API.

1. New invoices automatically. Open Billing preferences in your OpenAI organization settings and change Billing email to your workspace’s forwarding address, which the setup shows with a copy button. Every invoice OpenAI sends after that arrives in your workspace.
2. Get your older invoices. You do this once. Open Billing history and wait for the list of invoices. Download the page with Cmd+S (Ctrl+S on Windows) as Webpage, Complete and upload it in the setup, or select the list, copy it and paste it. Choose the month to get invoices from; earlier ones are left out. Then choose Collect; the setup shows how many new invoices arrived and ticks the step off. The downloaded page is read in your browser and only its invoice links are sent to kvitr; the file itself is not uploaded. kvitr downloads each invoice from Stripe, where OpenAI keeps them; it never signs in to OpenAI. Only links to OpenAI’s own invoices are accepted, up to 200 at a time, and collecting the same list again adds nothing.
3. Organize OpenAI. Choose its Type, Department and Project, the same choices as on Suppliers. Every OpenAI invoice follows them.

Choose Done on each step to move on. With all three done, the OpenAI API card reads Set up. Done is your own checklist: kvitr cannot see OpenAI’s billing settings. An invoice that arrives by email and again from Billing history is kept once. ChatGPT subscriptions are billed separately and are not part of this setup.

Set up ChatGPT

ChatGPT subscriptions are billed apart from the OpenAI API and set up the same way, from Set up on ChatGPT in New integration. Their invoices are filed under the same OpenAI supplier, so the Type, Department and Project you choose cover both.

1. New invoices automatically. Open Billing in your ChatGPT settings, choose Edit under Billing details and change the billing email to your workspace’s forwarding address. ChatGPT shows these names in the language you use it in.
2. Get your older invoices. On the same Billing page, download the page with Cmd+S (Ctrl+S on Windows) as Webpage, Complete and upload it, or copy the transaction history and paste it. Choose the month to get invoices from, then Collect. Only links to ChatGPT’s own invoices are accepted.
3. Organize OpenAI. The same choices as for the OpenAI API.

Connect your billing dashboard

1. On Integrations, pick the provider and open its billing browser.
2. Sign in to your account inside that browser and complete any verification the provider requests.
3. Navigate to the invoice or payment-history table for the correct account or organization.
4. Save the connection when that page is ready, then run a sync.

How the saved session works

The billing browser runs on kvitr’s servers. After you connect, the provider session is stored encrypted so it can be used for later syncs. Your provider decides how long that session remains valid.

If it expires, reconnect and sign in again. A session that still opens the billing page can nevertheless fail collection if its invoice layout is unsupported. Download any urgently needed PDF directly from the provider while the connection needs attention.
